UR 5: Data Sharing

5.1) As a user, I want to share the scenario/polygon and report to the head office (this can be a workflow and not part of the plugin functionality, i.e. this can be emailed)

Acceptance Criteria:
5.1) The site polygon and report are accessible to the user in a logical folder location and are in a data format that can be easily shared via email or a SharePoint.
