Design tweaks #3
Description
Two little requests:
- increase the margin between the column headers and the "Show [n] entries" and "Search" items
- allow disabling of the "arrow up/arrow down" glyphicon next to a column header for columns where filtering doesn't make sense, e.g. custom React components
