Graph geometry bug and features info

Describe the bug
First of all, I'd like to state how much i like this plugin. The Graph view is fairly customizable and has awesome animations and functionalities.
Unfortunately I'm experiencing a few bugs and some features do not work as expected.
I can't determine if its a compatibility issue, at the end I will provide a list of other plugins installed.

• When I open a new graph, some of the settings that I've previously customized do not apply properly. Colors do apply correctly, but particles size, nodes size, and other geometry related properties are not correctly loaded. If I move the slider with the saved graph settings back and forth they will load correctly.

• I manage folder notes via other plugins and it's unnecessary for me to show frontmatter tags as nodes in the graph. I couldn't find a way to hide this kind of nodes, but i can only change their color.

• The animation is something really cool and I love this functionality. But when the animation with the rotating effect is playing, if I navigate to a note in another tab, the graph tries to focus to the note's node while its spinning, glitching and then zooming out.
