Open links

Description
If I have a link in a task, I want to be able to press a hotkey and then open it directly.

Solution
Add a command that can be bound to a keypress to open links in the task.

@a-kenji You can install taskopen, and create a shortcut on your taskrc:
uda.taskwarrior-tui.shortcuts.4=taskopen
Whenever you press 4 it will call taskopen, which will open the link (if you have 2 links or more, it will display a menu requesting a selection)
