Allow overriding specific component tags in http-add-on

Currently the various components of http-add-on must use a single tag, though the components may be built separately.

Use-Case

Sometimes, for example for testing purposes I'd like to be able to override a tag for a specific component without having to rebuild all other components to match the tag.
