The extension breaks "Go to Definition"

Description

With the extension installed, the "Go to Definition" action brings up the "Peak References" view. This happens for general Python symbols, not just Kedro-related objects. It happens regardless of how the "Go to Definition" action is triggered (right clicking on something and selecting "Go to Defintion", control cliking or using an assigned keyboard shortcut).

Steps to Reproduce

• Install the extension
• Control-click some symbol at the site of use

• Have you make sure you are running the extension with the correct virtual environment? Cmd + P and Python: Select Interpeter

Hi @danhje, thanks for reporting this. Does this happened only after you install the Kedro extension?

In VSCode, the default behavior of Ctrl + Click (doesn't matter if you use the menu or shortcut) has 2 parts:

1. If you are clicking at the reference, it will go to the definition (as expected)
2. If you are clicking at the definition already, it will show you the reference menu instead. This behavior can be change by changing the configuration, see screenshot below.
3. If there is multiple definition and it cannot decide - it will shows you both definition

I think in your case, it is case 3 but I can't be sure as the video is not a full screen but I think I saw the pop-up menu is saying "Definition" instead of reference. If you can confirm this, I think it may be a bug that somehow there is a redundant self definition added.
