Add robots.txt file to the root directory of the website.
Note that you need to create sitemap first: #257

User-Agent: *
Disallow: 

Sitemap: https://keep.network/sitemap.xml

This is an additional step to hosting the sitemap #257, which will help search engines index the site more correctly.
