[🐛 Bug]: OpsGenie scope validation review

As of now, to validate that we have sufficient scopes in OpsGenie, we create an alert and try to delete it.

As a user, this might be strange, and in some cases, we might fail to delete the alert, leaving the customer with a "mock" alert created in his OpsGenie.

We need to review the scope validation mechanism to make sure if this is the only way to do it.
