Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In our on-prem environment, certain noise reduction sidebar features (e.g., current topology map, AI features) may not be needed. Currently, all features are always enabled, which can lead to unnecessary UI clutter and confusion for users.

Describe the solution you'd like
By default, all sidebar features should be enabled. Introduce environment variables (e.g., DISABLE_TOPOLOGY_MAP, DISABLE_AI_FEATURES) that, when set, will hide the corresponding features. This allows admins to selectively disable features that are not relevant to their environment.

Describe alternatives you've considered
UI-based toggles requiring manual admin intervention.
