How to get out of a subfolder?

I'm using the latest stable version of flash floppy.
I have an USB Stick with two folders (Programs, Games). When I move to SD/USB Media files and than to "Programs" to put
a program on slot 001, I'm not able to go back to the main folder to move to "Games".
Can someone help me, please?

I can post a picture of the Menue when I am at home on Sunday.

This is how my Main Folder of the USB Stick looks like:

And this is, when I select one of the folders:

Maybe I'm doing something wrong but I can't go back to the Main Folder or to another subfolder.
