Show the commit message of specific line

Hi,
I have reviewed the wiki log-viewing, it`s good to see the commit message of current file, but if add a feature: show who committed the latest modification at the currunt cursor line would help a lot, when bug occours in production environment we can locate who should responsible for it as soon as possible then solve it, personally, we can identify who wrote such cool/bad code easily, QAQ
