lsp in vscode notebooks #78
Description
variable autocompletion and go to definition does not seem to work if the variable is defined in another cell. Maybe that is because a separate implementation would have to be done for vscode notebooks if I understood the page https://github.com/microsoft/vscode-languageserver-node/blob/78ee13a4bafdd831411dd3fb66c8083d3c8ca9b1/protocol/src/common/proposed.notebooks.md#L1 but I did not read a lot of that page
