[E-ink color scheme] Text disappears in context menus and selection dropdowns #864

Is the bug present when using the default Obsidian theme?

Describe the bug
In context menus text disappears into background on hover. In selection dropdowns, text disappers into background when not hovered (white-on-white and black-on-black).
PS. Otherwise I really enjoy the e-ink theme on desktop too, it's very clear with good contrast, thanks!
