Consider tlrc instead of tealdeer

The main reason to consider switching is because there's an existing Dracula theme for tlrc, but not tealdeer. Other than that, I don't have a strong opinion either way on which to use, and presumably I could easily create a tealdeer style to match the tlrc one. The downside to tlrc is it's not in the chimera or freebsd repositories, so it'd have to be installed with cargo on those.
