DLL Error - redirect = 404

[naivri]

Hi

On launching I get a DLL error and a link to C++ redist 2008.

On following the link, I get a 404 error as Microsoft say download no longer available

PS installing latest C++ redist still gives DLL error = 2008 SP1 still gives DLL error
