Can not deserialize on .net 9

When deserialize the Jil throw an exception like:

System.Reflection.AmbiguousMatchException: Ambiguous match found for 'System.TimeSpan System.TimeSpan FromSeconds(Int64)'.

Jil Version: 2.17.0
DotNet Version: 9.0.100

Also, it can pass through from Net Core 3.1 to Net 8.0.
