Custom leader board page include the Fair median score stats

After we closed this issue #1 we need to include the filters in the Custom leader board page like in the original spreadsheet.

1. Add frontend filters with Antd Select component
2. Filter using the Postgres function defined in issue Add Fair median stats #1
