The README.md file alone cannot be used to update the keyboard with "make flash."

Describe the bug
The readme file on the top page alone did not allow the keymap changes to be reflected on the keyboard.

To Reproduce
After executing the "make compile" command, I confirmed that it completed successfully.
Then I executed the "make flash" command and confirmed that writing to the keyboard was successful.

Expected behavior
Since "make flash" was successful, the keymap changes should be reflected on your keyboard.
However, the writing to the keyboard was not actually reflected.

When updating the firmware on the chrysalis site, I confirmed that if I enabled the factory settings, the keymap changes were reflected on the keyboard.
I was able to confirm this on Discord.
