[Feature]: Detect if package suggested by `dependabot` is available in Fedora

In order to keep upstream code aligned with Fedora, the process to merge new dependencies included by `dependabot` requires to check if the new process is packaged in Fedora Rawhide.

It would be nice to have a GH CI action that verifies it automatically (and exclusively on these kind of changes), so that it must not be checked, manually, if the updated version exists.
