Android compatibility issues with Jellyfin and Plex (but not IOS)?

I just installed Pinchflat, and it works great!

But.....I've noticed that some channels I add as sources don’t play through the browser or on Android Plex or Jellyfin clients, even with transcoding enabled. The videos work fine on iOS and Apple TV.

Is this a known issue? Is there a workaround? Is there some way to change what yt-dlp is downloading to make it more compatible?
