Interaction between operators

As operators are chained, their interactions might break expected behaviour. The example for this during my testing was that scale_frames_sssabet exits on error if shots.csv created by make_shots_scenedetect is present in the folder. A way to keep track of the operator chain might be helpful to keep track of output, and helpful in general (e.g. to replicate whole workflows)
