Add e2e tests for aws-ebs-csi-driver component #1279

Description
Currently there are no e2e tests which test the functionality of aws-ebs-csi-driver component especially dynamic provisioning, volume resizing.
Adding e2e tests with a daily clean up job to delete the created resources would help to catching any errors that might creep up when the component or AWS platform is updated
