Refactor: Include the QR code as separate plugin

Currently, the QR code is quirk dirty hacked in. It should be extracted as a ep_plugin. There is a client hook to include the javascript code in the share modal: `eejsBlock_embedPopup`. See `doc/api/hooks_client-side.adoc`.
