After install, the order of panels at first launch is not proper

... This is not correct. We should see the pannel with the two buttons first IMHO

Here the problem is I believe that we fetch the catalog... and the we propose a button to fetch the catalog. This can not be right.

Not on mine, the 2 buttons panel raises after a bit of time. I don't see the value of having this 2 buttons panel if we don't display it first?!
