"Two buttons welcome" should not be displayed when ongoing download

While I'm doing my first download (after installation), I see the following appearing

We should not, we should stay where we were (by download panel)

Can you please post a step by step reproduction or recording please ?

Steps:

• Starting a download
• Putting Kiwix in background (via "Home" button)
• Launching again Kiwix

I see:

• New tab (with the welcome page)

I expect to see:

• Exactly the same as I left (downloads or download details)

It seems that it is an overall problem on iPad, when backgrounding / foregrounding the app, it goes back to the last opened tab. The PR #1141 fixes this issue.
