Implement memory leak detection in CI

Our CI tests runs should be able to identify memory leak and report correctly if it happens.

On Android we use https://square.github.io/leakcanary/, we should have something similar here/

@BPerlakiH has not found anything similar yet ; except a 9y old, objective-C leakcanariIOS. He'll keep looking but without such a tool, doing anything meaningful is gonna require a lot of work. Might not be worth it at this time.

There are plenty of tools and help from Apple finding things locally:

• Static Analyzer (part of Xcode)
• Instruments (separate tool to detect memory and performance issues)

Automating any of it on the CI side would be rather difficult, and even if we would succeed the time to implement it would be very very large, compared to the gains.

This is one of those things, that are more effective manually...

I would recommend closing this issue, and adding these 2 items to our release checklist:

• run Static Analyzer on the project
• Instrument the iOS and macOS apps
