  • InitCollision_d1g0v0_Shanghai and InitCollision_d3g0v0_Shanghai: same issues as stCreate2::create2collisionStorage #661
  • InitCollision_d0g0v0_Shanghai: During a CREATE tx, the initial storage must be destroyed if there ever was something already in storage at this address. In this test, the initial storage at key 1 is 0x01 => reset to 0x00.

This changes the gas consumption of the SSTORE opcode, as the initial value is not non-zero, and the cost of setting non-zero storage is different than zero storage
