Better explanation of uploading conract documents

If multiple files use .zip (or just support uploading multiple files)

• One section for contracts.
• One section "catch all", anything else you may want to add

Currently, it is not clear what is more important: attachment or plain text field.

I was thinking about something similar to

Closing because currently the Contract Information is marked as required and the Agreement Document as optional, and that's how it works, so it is clear which one must be there.
The text could indeed be clearer, but that will be handled in a different issue.
