SDL3 namespace #7

Hello.
I was working on the adding this lib to the backends of dear-imgui and came across the fact that this package and sdl2 have the same namespace, which causes conflicts in some cases. Do you like the idea to move everything under the SDL3 root module to avoid conflicts? If you ok with that I can make a PR
