Improving CMake packaging

Dear V-HACD developers,

First, thanks for the very nice library.
I would like to improve the overall CMake packaging of V-HACD for easier integration with other libraries.
I notably suggest exporting the targets (header only + applications).

I can handle this change and provide a PR. @jratcliff63367 and other developers: are you interested?

Thank you for your efforts in improving the performance of Coal. I truly appreciate the valuable work you've done so far.

I was wondering if you still have plans to integrate V-HACD into Coal. I believe this functionality would be highly beneficial and could significantly enhance the library's capabilities.

If you create a PR I will be happy to review it. I'm retired now and don't really work on this project anymore.
