If you're using listmonk as-is, then you are not obliged to release anything. If you modify listmonk's source code, then you are obliged to open source those changes along with anything peripheral required by those changes to function.

If I use Listmonk in Kubernetes in a production environment without modifying the source code, then I am not required to disclose anything, correct?

If I make changes to the source code to adapt some functionality, I would need to make those changes public, including any additional components required for those modifications to work?
