OS: Mac OS 15.3.1, Amazon Linux 2023

Download 4.1.0 from Github
Make Dist
Docker Build
docker-compose up

I originally cloned the repo in order to add the RDS certificate bundle to the container. and got this error when trying to deploy to AWS ECS.

I downloaded the 4.1.0 zip file and tried to build it untouched and got the same error.

hmm, this seems like a Mac specific issue. I searched for the grep error and found this: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/77662026/grep-invalid-option-p-error-when-doing-regex-in-bash-script

Unfortunately, I don't have access to a Mac to debug this.

@mr-karan have you seen this before?
