Enable automatic installation of wrapped Commands nodes from community update sites

Users have to manually install an extension that ships Commands, since the regular search for missing extensions mechanism doesn't work. In order to make it easier to use workflows that contain such nodes, we should strive for supporting KNIME's default mechanism.
