Activate M42 function

First of all, congratulations on such an impressive job. I just installed your build for an i3 mega. After the basic setup, I noticed that a light I had installed no longer turns on.

My command is M42 p45 s1

1. When I use m42: it returns an unknown command
2. I need to compile by touching advanced.h on Direct_pin_control only?

I know this issue is quite old, but nevertheless...

First note: there is M355 explicitly available for case light. This feature is enabled by #define CASE_LIGHT_ENABLE and setting CASE_LIGHT_PIN, e.g. Configuration_adv.h:
