Extusion ends after 6 or 7 hours

Description

I have an issue with my printer. If I want to print lager parts after several houts the extrusion stops.
I have replaced the hotend yesterday. the thermistor is already new.

I printed PLA with my default temperature. Some layers before, the is sometime missing a bit material. I marked it with a red line.

The right hotend temperature is shown which I have parametrized. For me it looks like the printer stops heating. Because if this the extruder can't feed the PLA.

Ich habe es mir mal genauer angeschaut und die Temperatur gemessen,
Der aktuell verbaute Thermistor liefert mir ca. 20°C zu wenig. Was kann ich da denn machen? Kann man in der FW einen anderen thermistor auswählen, wenn ja, welcher wäre da geeignet?

Soll: 245 °C
Ist: 225 °C

Nach einer Druckzeit von 4 h hatte das Hotend noch eine Temperatur von 210 °C. Die anzeige stand aber immer noch uaf 245°C
