Check all/none in NVR camera selection

When you have more than 10 cameras, checking them for NVR client permissions can be a real chore on a scrolling high-wire. If there was a check/all none, and/or better yet, a full dialog instead of a drop-down menu, it would be much easier to deal with.

Thinking about it further, it would be nice to have an "all cameras" option for non-admin users. That way, when a camera is added, I don't have to go in and individually check it for each of the clients.
