Add Forescout support

Hi Kirk,
As Forescout rely on Linux, with the only exception that when SSH'ed into it you enter the Forescout software with "cliadmin" and then you have to invoke "_shell" command to enter Linux as root, is there any way to control FS with Netmiko to perform usual task on the Linux CLI?
