[feature] pipeline progress in the UI does not get refresh if window is not focused

What feature would you like to see?

The UI should always refresh the pipeline progress. It does not refresh when browser window is not focused.
This "feature" should be at least configurable.

What is the use case or pain point?

Sometimes the pipeline UI is opened in a browser window which is not focused. In this case the pipeline is not refreshed, until I focus the browser window. It is quite annoying, as one might get confused that the pipeline does not make progress.
Also when it does get refreshes on focus, it re loads the entire tab, instead of just updating the graph.
The UI didn't work like that in previous kubeflow releases.

Is there a workaround currently?

Not that I know of.
