Best practice to organize main.go and Dockerfile? #1333

@andreyvelich have some some suggestion to put Dockerfile and main.go together in #1320 (comment).

I feel both way work for me. I create this issue to track the improvement for better folder and files organization.

If someone is aware of some best practices, feel free to share with us and I think we are open for any changes
