To use KubeLB with KKP or other systems, a Kubeconfig for the KubeLB management cluster is required. KubeLB should take care of creating RBAC, service account, token for this. An alternative is to document this and then let the user create it, or use admin Kubeconfig. Both of those are not feasible options since for the first one, in case KubeLB the access(roles) requirements change, KubeLB admins will have to manually update all the RBAC again; helm automates this as helm chart upgrade will take care of this.
