Time in IST is different in different places for the New Contributor Orientation

Describe the issue

The IST time for New contributor orientation in documentation is mentioned as 14:00 IST and clicking on the link resolves to 14:00 IST on Google Calendar. But messages on the slack thread says 15:00 IST and on the community calendar, it says 15:00 IST. I'm assuming it's because the source time is affected by DST.
