Hidden table of content after scrolling down and unscrollable toc

What would you like to be added

I suggest the documentation, et cetera to should not be scrollable. The existing TOC on the current page is scrollable and makes an unnecessary effort just to move to a specific section.

Why is this needed

Reduce the effort to move to a specific section of page

If / when you make this change, aim to make it in a way that leaves the site relatively easy to maintain. Try to minimise the differences from our theme (Docsy) where you can; the bigger the difference from the upstream theme, the more difficult the site is to maintain.
