Revamp Telemetry functions

We started to implement the telemetry function long time ago and we dropped it due to other priorities.
We need to make sure all components report telemetry information that includes the information listed in these tasks:
https://github.com/kubeshark/worker/issues/199
https://github.com/kubeshark/hub/issues/115
We need to ensure we can correlate all workers to the same user, through it's license therefore we need to make sure the license is sent together with each telemetry request.
