KubeVirt 1.5(.1)

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe:
I'd like to be able to install the latest KubeVirt, 1.5.1 using the operator

Describe the solution you'd like:
A new release deployed that targets 1.5.1 instead of 1.4.0

Describe alternatives you've considered:
None, not sure how to go about it.

Additional context:
There's a bug in the metrics in 1.4 (might be the operator) that makes it so that metrics from virt-controller doesn't work. RedHat says they fixed it. Not sure if it was in the operator or KubeVirt itself. But without being able to try the latest KubeVirt with the operator I dunno.

Just found the PR, it was merged into Kubevirt on February 18. So updating to either 1.4.1 or 1.5/1.5.1 should fix my problem. Just need to know how.
