data disks #15

I'm not sure if this is exactly an issue or more of just a question. I noticed that when adding a data disk using the format in the example and using it to create multiple vm instances it only creates one data disk and only attaches it to the first vm created. Is this by design or is there something I'm missing. I need to use the data disk block to create the same disk for each vm instance created?
