openapi rendering from example problem (date + api version)

Hello,

with example project at https://github.com/kumuluz/kumuluzee-samples/tree/master/kumuluzee-openapi-mp

I've added example to api response

                Customer.class, example = "{\n" +

                "    \"createdDate\": \"2020-01-20T12:19:40.12\",\n" +
                "    \"lastModifiedDate\": \"2020-01-20T12:19:40.12\",\n" +

..
what I see in /openapi are missing dates.

"createdDate": {},
"lastModifiedDate": {},

..
is there any chance to force kumuluz to use microprofile-openapi-api 2 ?
