To make internal DNS work with transparent proxy:

1. DNS page, select DNS servers and enable internal DNS.
2. Routing page, select routing rule route_dns, and enable Routing.
3. Inbound page, Edit transparent_proxy, enable transparent proxy and transparent proxy DNS traffic.
4. Global Settings, select transparent_proxy at inbound field and dns_out at outbound field.
5. Enable service.
