Read the Docs site broken

The documentation on Read the Docs is broken. With a few exceptions, there's nothing but top-level headers. I ran Sphinx locally on the repository and got good-looking HTML documentation out of it, so it doesn't seem to be anything in the documentation itself that's broken, probably just a bad Sphinx run the last time the site was updated.
