Make alias available in native feature of vim

Just like"hello *world" we can only delete the hello world with di" instead of diq.
Is there any way to enable the alias feature in the native feature of vim.

This is moreso the domain of a plugin like textobjects.vim or mini.ai, not a surround plugin.
