Description

AS we finished POC about that: link and it looks stable, it's time to remove prow support and make new solution as mandatory.

1) Check out instruction from POC how to switch: link and implement a change
Remove BTP Manager jobs test-infra#11697, BTP Manager do not use prow for building images #828,
BTP Manager required status check test-infra#11698
2) Update any internal documentation which describes image building mechanism, release etc
Update release documentation #835
3) Check PRs created in the sm-integration branch, works as expected
